Power in Education

Empowering Students & Staff

My lived experiences has taught me that every student has a talent - but it is up to that leader to allow that talent to be an hindrance to instruction or an asset to instruction. I am excited that you share the same joy and passion in being and facilitating lifelong learners. If you have any questions, please reach out to in the contact section of the website.

Power in Educational Equity

In this image you have my daughter. Her name is Ronney. She is my whole world. The book she is holding was the first book that I co-authored with a group of other Black Male Educators. I really owe my continued career in education to this group of black male educators. They along with my daughter are my inspiration or my power to continue and fight for educational justice. But that power -- I daily must recharge because I ensure to give that power to my students, staff, stakeholders, and caregivers daily. Because it is that power that breathes life into a school and it must be held by everyone in order for it be effective and equitable.
